The breakfast was a nice touch with different options. the location was great, close to many restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious with comfortable amenities.

The noise level was a bit high due to repairs at the time. the staff was not always readily available.

The location was excellent

There were a number of things that did not live up to our expectations. I would only recommend if people were looking for a good price and excellent location. It's a pretty basic hotel. Do not expect fantastic service.

Had a wonderful Easter at this charming hotel! Loved the spa and the massages were amazing - all organic products used. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, yet away from the noise of the bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating and breakfast was different each day.

Just a few steps away from the beach and the buzzing town center , with its countless bars and mesmerizing shops, you can easily forget you are in a hotel. the staff are knowledgeable and kind, providing impeccable service. At breakfast, you will be treated to a mouth, watering alternative menu every day, featuring freshly squeezed juices and fruit with granola. the facilities are well, kept, while one can relax and unwind in the intimate spa.

The pool may not get enough sun exposure for some guests who want to lounge by the poolside.

We had an amazing stay at Bric Hotel and Spa. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us. The hotel had a lovely spa where we could unwind after a long day of exploring. The pool was also a great spot to relax and cool off. The breakfast provided was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience at Bric Hotel and Spa and would highly recommend it.
